I have been fortunate to qualify for the incentive trip twice, concurrently in 2012 and 2013. The trip is always packed with activities, dinners, drinks, and lots of surprises over the course of the weekend, always in dream locations.

From private flights over Table Mountain, or wine tasting in Cape Town, to a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon in Las Vegas, the weekend really is a constant flow of incredible things to choose from. Dining at Michelin star restaurants and arriving in lavish transport, is a taste of what is expected for the whole weekend. It’s also a great way to meet other consultants from other offices, chatting to them is what led me to my first international move within the group, from London to Singapore. It’s an incredible weekend of fun, and one hope to repeat next year!

The incentive weekends are incredible! Not only do you visit amazing locations but you also stay in the top hotels in the area. As an incentive achiever you are truly treated like royalty and experience dining in the finest eateries and staying in some of the most opulent hotels.

My favourite incentives so far are Capetown and Barbados. You can’t beat waking up every morning to sandy white beaches, blue skies and a sea view!
